Minecraft finally has its own Kellogg’s cereal
Minecraft is a sandbox video game developed by Mojang Studios and created by Markus “Notch” Persson in the Java programming language. It was released as a public alpha for PCs in 2009 but the game officially released in November 2011. Jens Bergensten took over development and the rest is history. Minecraft has since become a multi-platform franchise. It is the best-selling video game of all time as 200 million copies of Minecraft were sold. The game has 126 million monthly users and is only growing multi-folds. The next step for any great video game is its own Official Breakfast Cereal. It is like being called on a late-night show when you’re a ‘made’ comic. So, it didn’t come as a shock to fans when Minecraft became the latest video game to get a cereal by Kellogg’s.
